Nature of Services

GetComply India Private Limited provides professional consultancy, documentation assistance, and application filing support related to FSSAI licensing and food safety compliance.

 
We do not issue, approve, or guarantee any license, registration, or certification.

 
Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information
• Submitting genuine and verifiable documents
• Ensuring ongoing compliance after license issuance

 
GetComply shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or misleading client information.

No Guarantee of Approval

All approvals, inspections, timelines, objections, or rejections are solely at the discretion of
FSSAI or other applicable authorities.

 
Fraud, Misuse & Cybercrime Protection

GetComply India Private Limited shall not be liable for any fraud, cybercrime, illegal activity, or misuse carried out by clients or third parties using licenses, registrations, certificates, or documents obtained through our consultancy.

 
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Misuse, duplication, or alteration of licenses or certificates
• False representation or illegal food operations
• Online fraud, cybercrime, or identity misuse
• Violations of FSSAI or other applicable laws after approval
• All legal responsibility rests solely with the client.

 
Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GetComply India Private Limited, its directors, employees, consultants, and partners from any claims, penalties, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from client misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or non compliance.
