Our services involve professional consultancy, time, and expertise. Accordingly, payments made are generally non-refundable.

 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@getcomply.in before service initiation.

 
Once consultation, documentation work, or application filing has commenced, cancellation will not be permitted.

 
Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Application rejection, delay, or objection by authorities
• Change of client decision or business plan
• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading client information
• Delays due to inspections, portal issues, or regulatory processes

 
Eligible Refunds (Limited)

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Services not initiated due to an internal error by GetComply

 
Government fees, laboratory charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
